New feature
OrdoLux now includes a complete library of official HMCTS court forms — searchable, auto-populated with your matter data, and saved straight to SharePoint. No copying, no hunting, no manual re-keying.
From within any matter in OrdoLux, you can open the Court Forms tab, search or browse by practice area, and generate any form with a single click. OrdoLux fills in everything it already knows:
The generated PDF is saved to a Generated Forms folder inside the matter's SharePoint directory, and you get an instant download link. Every other field on the form stays blank and fully editable — so the solicitor just completes the parts that require judgment.
No switching tabs. No re-typing parties. No hunting for the right version of a form.
The repository covers forms across the full breadth of civil and family litigation practice:
Claim forms, acknowledgments, applications, orders, enforcement, costs — the full CPR suite including N1, N9, N11, N244, N265, and more.
Private and public law children proceedings across the C-series forms.
D-series forms covering the full divorce and financial remedy suite.
COP applications, assessments, orders, and notifications.
Court fee remission and exemption applications.
PA-series forms including PA1P, PA1A, and supporting applications.
Residential and commercial possession claims and applications.
Warrants, charging orders, third-party debt orders, and attachment of earnings.
Bills of costs, N252-series, provisional assessment, and cost certificates.
Non-molestation orders, occupation orders, and general family applications.
Lands Chamber and Upper Tribunal application forms.
Employment tribunal forms, adoption, county court, and Chancery applications.
Navigate to the Documents tab on any matter and select Court Forms.
Search by form code (e.g. N244) or by name, or filter by practice area. 359 forms at your fingertips.
OrdoLux pulls the latest official HMCTS PDF, fills in every field it knows from the matter record, and produces a completed PDF in seconds.
The form lands in a Generated Forms folder inside your matter's SharePoint directory. One click to download or open directly.
The PDF stays fully interactive — the solicitor fills in any remaining fields (the application detail, grounds, statement of truth) before filing.
OrdoLux doesn't do feature tiers. There's no premium plan that unlocks document tools, no add-on for court forms, no bolt-on for e-signatures or AI. Every firm on OrdoLux gets access to every feature — the Court Forms Repository, the PDF bundle builder, electronic signatures, AI legal research, WhatsApp integration — all of it, for the same straightforward per-user fee.
We think that's how it should work. You shouldn't have to choose between features because of pricing structure.
Book a short demo and we’ll show you the Court Forms Repository alongside the rest of OrdoLux — end to end, no slides.
