3. Your responsibilities

- Use the Service in compliance with law and applicable professional rules (e.g., SRA Standards and Regulations).
- Review any AI‑assisted outputs; these are tools for human use and may contain errors.
- Implement appropriate retention and backup policies for your firm’s data.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, pricing is as published on our website. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

6. Warranties and disclaimers
We provide the Service “as is” and exclude all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. AI features may produce inaccurate or incomplete outputs; you must verify them before relying on them.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for all claims in any 12‑month period is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in that period.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non‑payment, misuse or material breach. You can export your data at any time.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
